Learning Objectives
- Use the techniques demonstrated to screen patients for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS).
- Examine the patient for the early physical symptoms and diagnostic signs for possible CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia.
- Identify aetiological and maintaining factors that may have predisposed the patient and increased their susceptibility to ME/CFS and FMS.
- Assess the severity level of the patient’s illness and calculate the prognosis for their condition.
- Practice the manual treatment of the neuro-lymphatic system.
- Review the pathogenesis of CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia from a biomechanical perspective.
- Manage the CFS/ME and fibromyalgia patients to support patient well-being.

This will be a small-group, hands-on introduction to Osteopathy in the Cranial Field / osteopathic cranial manipulative medicine. This course is an accessible on-ramp – not a replacement for a 40-hour cranial program – and prepares participants for the Perrin Technique Masterclass (March 6–8, 2026).
