Perrin Technique™ featured in The Telegraph

An article published online in The Telegraph spotlights Dr. Raymond Perrin’s work and the development of the Perrin Technique for ME/CFS and long COVID.

It explores the origins of the technique, discusses the recent major breakthroughs in science which back up the foundations of the Perrin Technique and includes insights from the latest book, Through the Looking Glass.

Prof. Adrian Heald, consultant physician at Salford Royal (part of Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust), adds valuable support from a recognised NHS perspective as he calls for more research into the Perrin Technique and notes the technique’s “positive results” for ME/CFS and long COVID patients:

“We’re increasingly learning about the physiology on which the Perrin Technique is based. The science is slowly catching up with what Dr. Perrin has been proposing as a technique for many years… Anecdotally we have seen positive results in patients with very difficult to treat chronic fatigue/ME who have been seeing Dr Perrin.”
