Ashleigh graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2016 with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. Since qualifying as an osteopath, Ashleigh undertook training in the Perrin Technique to become a licensed Perrin Practitioner.

Ashleigh Adams Osteopathy was established in Hazel Grove in November 2019.
