Sylvia Silberman DO, MS

Dr. Silberman received her bachelors degree in Neurobiological Science in 2009 from the University of Florida, her Master’s in Physiology with a focus in Complementary and Alternative Medicine from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.), and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University, where she graduated Sigma Sigma Honors and was awarded the Award for Excellence in Osteopathic Principles and Practice.

She has trained with the renowned Whole Child LA clinic in Los Angeles, and was granted a scholarship to complete a pre-doctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice. In 2015, Dr. Silberman became certified in Cranial Osteopathy through the Osteopathic Cranial Academy.

Sylvia is a licensed Perrin Practitioner after successfully completing her training in New York in April 2023.

Patricia Meegan DPT

Dr Trish Meegan is Senior Physical Therapist at Healy Physical Therapy in East Greenwich, RI.

Trish received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and undergraduate/graduate degrees in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Quinnipiac University.

She specialises in manual therapy, and has experience treating Ehlers-Danlos patients since 2011 (with a focus in EDS since 2013).

Trish became a licensed Perrin Practitioner in April 2023.

Gina Rooney PT LMT

 

Gina Rooney, PT, MPT, LMT graduated from Marquette University in 2002 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy.  Since graduating PT school, she has worked in a variety of traditional physical therapy settings including inpatient acute care, outpatient orthopedics, neurorehab, vestibular/balance, and wound care.  In May of 2015, she received a massage therapy license after graduating from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies’ 750 hour massage therapy program.

 

In late 2019, Gina developed a keen interest in learning more about and treating patients with the diagnoses of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), hypermobilty spectrum disorders (HSD), generalized joint hypermobility (GJH), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and/or mast cell
activation syndrome (MCAS). This interest was piqued by one of her patients. Gina is active in EDS and POTS Providers of Southern Arizona, a local and a virtual group of healthcare providers who treat patients with these disorders.

 

Gina became a licensed Perrin Practitioner in April 2023.

Dr. Tam is a board certified family-medicine doctor.  She graduated from Des Moines University Osteopathic School of Medicine in 2009, and completed a family-medicine residency at University of Minnesota, Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in 2012.  Since 2012, Dr. Tam had been practicing full-spectrum family medicine and came across the first chronic fatigue patient in 2015. Starting 2023, Dr. Tam wants to devote the rest of her life and career to patients with ME/CFS.
