Nicola is a specialist massage therapist and founder of Exhale.

Having trained all over the world – in France, the USA, India, Thailand, and the UK – Nicola has attended a wide variety of courses in bodywork including cranial work, visceral manipulation, TMJ work, bone work and many other topics.

Nicola became a qualified Perrin Technique Practitioner in 2023, working under Dr Ray Perrin’s licence.
